Nope. I absolutely stumped.
Do you get any notifications ? i dont event get the np_ files that are normally created in BBTMP. All I can think is that I have something in bb misconfigured but what ? I checked that my path to mailx was good, and ran all the 'chk' scripts. Even BBOUT doesnt say anything.

I am having the exact same issue... but my OS is Linux RH 7.2 I can also send mails using mail -s manaully to notify-admin user. Any thoughts?

| I have installed and configured Big Brother with both email and alpha paging many times before and this time through Im stumped. I have compiled on Solaris 9 and am running bb1.9f-btf and No email notifications are being sent out from the server. No np_ files are being created in tmp. All of the bbchk*.sh scripts run and report no errors. I have a notify-admin line in bbwarnrules.cfg and have tried manually running bb <server> "page notify-admin.pagehelp test message". I can send mail using mailx -s to any one of the defined recipients in bbwarnsetup.cfg. Any other thoughts ? END
