Places to look: if you are logging mail messages, what does smtp.log (or whatever, defined in /etc/syslog.conf) say? Is it possible you need to define aliases? Is mail from BB being delivered locally? (/var/mail/user?) Don't know the answer myself, but look for clues in these places.
