thanks, it works now ! It needs some tweaking and brushing up the rules, but
sending out the sms is working fine now !
Thanks for your input !
Also thanks to Frank Timmer who gave me hints and tips to get this problem
solved.

Apparantly it was the pagelevelsmail setting which was giving problems.
