Phil, I set the pagelevels, which were set to red purple, to red yellow
purple. I also checked the bbvar/acks and there is not even a
notifications.log file in there.
Any other thoughts? Everything else seems to be working fine, all tests
are running and reporting correctly, I have several external scripts
running that are also reporting correctly, just no paging or emailing.

Your first step should be to check the file BBVAR/acks/notifications.log
to see if BB is actually trying to send the mail that you expect. If
not, there is likely still something wrong with your BB config. The
prime candidate is normally the "pagelevels" setting in bbwarnsetup.cfg.
You should set it to "red yellow purple" to get maximum noise for
testing purposes.
Cheers, Phil.

Real programmers don't write in FORTRAN. FORTRAN is for pipe-stress
freaks and crystallography weenies.
