RE: {bb} Email issue



So, BB is not trying to send out alerts.

The first thing to do is to check the line for your BB server in
BBHOME/etc/bb-hosts. Make sure that the BBPAGER directive is
there, like so:

  192.168.116.1  x.bb4.com # BBPAGER BBNET BBDISPLAY ftp pop3

If that's OK, stop BB; move the log file BBHOME/BBOUT out of the
way; start BB and let it run for at least one cycle (5 minutes).
Post the contents of BBOUT to the list, if you can't see any
obvious problems in there.
