{bb} bb redundancy

We currently have 1 bbdisplay/bbnet for windows server, and one
bbdisplay/bbnet for open source.  All which report to 1 bb server that
is just a bbpager.  What is the best solution to provide redundancy to
this?  Is there failover etc?
