These are now enabled thru runtime options. You can set these in 
$BBHOME/etc/bbdef-server.sh of your BB Server with the RUNOPTS environment 
setting (near the bottom of the file). In this case you'll need to add "
ENABLE_DISABLE" to RUNOPTS.
