{bb} Is bb-fetch possible on windows systems?

Dear Brothers--

I am implementing BB on a portal system which has both Unix and Windows machines inside a multi-zone DMZ.  We have decided to put the BB Display server inside our corporate network.  Is there a way to implement bb-fetch (or something like it) for Windows clients?  We would like to avoid running a BB Relay inside the DMZ.
