- Thread-topic: Disabled services turning purple immediately
I'm not new to using the disable and enable functions. Lately, a
percentage of services that I disable turn purple immediately. But not
all of them. I just disabled 11 checks, and 3 of them went straight to
purple. Two connection checks and a CPU. Clicking on the individual
check from BB or BB2 page will show it blue inside, but obviously the
main listing shows them as purple. It's been over an hour since I
disabled them, so it's not as though BB has yet to catch up.
Trying to re-enable these purple checks yields a single update to the
'last updated' timestamp, but they remain purple, even now on the
individual check, tho the check message says OFFLINE. It's a blue/purple
hybrid!
The only thing that has changed lately is adding BBGen 3.5 to the mix.
BB is 1.9e-btf. Any ideas on why the checks would turn purple instead of
blue? Have I seriously borked something?
Thanks!
~Kim
