Has anyone considered how to adjust the cpu thresholds to
take into account the fact that not all cpu loads are equal. In my case there
are fast quad servers along with slower duals. The WARN and PANIC level on the
fast machines should be higher than on others. How to do this reasonably? Raw cpu speed and number of cpu’s and perhaps amount
of memory should determine the threshold levels? Comments please. ….. localhost : : 150 : 300 fast.x.y.ca : : 500 : 750 faster.x.y.ca : : 800 : 1000 …… Regards, Bill |
