First, look into your webserver logs and see what errors are being 
logged when you try to request the larrd-grapher.cgi URL.

Second - rrdtool 1.2.10 is a brand new version of rrdtool, and it
could be that larrd-grapher just doesn't work with that. I know 
there have been some API changes in rrdtool from 1.0.x -> 1.2.x.
So it might be an idea to downgrade your rrdtool from 1.2.10
to 1.0.50 (the latest 1.0 version, I believe).
