That looks like the "brief message" format.

This is the longer "default" format.

It looks like your normal e-mail recipients are matching the "briefrcpt"
token in the etc/bbwarnsetup.cfg file, while your SMS gateway recipients
are not.

If you need precise control over the format, then you can handle
your SMS gateway recipients using a custom paging script. There
are examples in the ext/pg directory.
