Note that the "failover" script does not concern itself with your
BBDISPLAY server(s). It is intended to provide a back-up BBNET and/
or BBPAGER, so that you continue to receive alert messages if the
primary servers fail.

If you want your "failover" sever to act as a secondary
BBDISPLAY (for network tests), you'll need to add the BBDISPLAY
keyword to the line for your "failover" server in the bb-hosts
file on your primary BBNET machine.
