{bb} Inverting fping

I'm running BB-1.9c (have been for years), with fping due to the number of
hosts. All is running well. I've got the situation now that I want to test
for the absence of a box (off the net is good, connected is bad). Before
fping, I'd just !conn that box, but CONNTEST=FALSE now in bbdef.sh, of
course.

I scanned the archive, but I don't see anyone inverting/reversing fping. I
tried !fping in bb-hosts for this host, but it still appears as red (while
the box is off the network).

Suggestions? My apologies if this appears twice, but it's been 18 hours
since I first sent this and I haven't seen it appear in the archive yet.
