{bb} Problems with bb client on FC4

I am attempting a new BB install on Fedora Core 4.
Things are not going well.  Does anyone have an 
idea what might be causing this in BBOUT of the 
client process?

I realize this is probably simple, but my brain is mush this late 
in the day.  At least I've figured out it has to do with this line 
in bb-disk.sh...

 if test "$DISKPCT" -ge "$DFWARNVAL"         # ABOVE WARNING LEVEL

I just don't know why it's happening...maybe the output of my df -k?
