Hi,
I tried to search in my config (bb 1.9e). As you didn't mentionned any version, I hope you're using
1.9e or a more recent version.
In the $BBHOME/www/help/bb-ack.html page there are two links to <FORM ACTION="/cgi-bin/bb-ack.sh">.
>From which page do you get the errors ?
CGIBINURL is defined in the etc/bbdef-server.sh.
Could you check if it's set corerctly in this file ?
I only found a bb-ack.sh.DIST in the $BBHOME/web directory.
You can copy bb-ack.sh.DIST to your cgi-bin directory (remove the .DIST extension).
I also found this in the www/help/bb-man.html :
3. For Web-based paging/acknowlegement, web/bb-ack.sh should have
been installed by ./install/bbconfig in your web server's
/cgi-bin directory
Hope this'll help.
