Have you configured any "snmp" tests yet? If so, to what type of
hardware. Did you test your NET-SNMP installation manually and
ensure that the paths to snmpwalk and snmpget are correct?

Again, posting a small sample of the output you are seeing in
the BBOUT file would help others at localizing the problem.
Without that, we're just shooting in the dark.
