I can't help with specifics as I don't have a use for the Win
client, at the moment. In the past, whenever the client has
shown reluctance to install or run, it has turned out to be
due to something other then BB. Things like registry corruption;
other software "not playing nice" or a virus infestation.
If possible, a re-install of the OS and applications normally
eliminated the problem.

It would also help if you provided a little more information.
The service pack level and any software that this machine is
running. Also, you should specify the exact procedure that
you are using to install BB.
