BB is installed on Windows and there is a conf. file. My configuration
experience has been in Unix - in the config. File on Windows apparently
you can ignore messages - I would like to ignore messages about a
particular service not running. What exact text do I need to use?
All of a sudden BB is showing up purple on a specific box we are
monitoring. This is a Windows 2000 OS. I checked that the agent was
running - it was. Where else do I check to find out why it producing
purple messages?
Thanks,
Paula
