There are two possibilities here. If the status is being updated
(it stays red), then you'll need to check and re-check your
bb-hosts file. The reason that it is both "red" and "UP" is that
the test has been negated. The directive will look like "!smtp".
If the status is not being updated (it's now become purple),
you just need to delete the relevant status log. You can
either do that manually, or use the "bbrm" utility.
