A completely untested (it compiles, but that's all I've tried ...) 
set of bbgen patches for 1.9h can be found at 
http://www.hswn.dk/hobbitsw/bbgen/bbgen-3.6/bbpatches/1.9h-server/

You should unpack the original BB server sources again before
applying these - your current src directory has part of the
1.9e version of the patch installed.
