{bb} MSSQL Monitoring

Is anyone monitoring any MSSQL databases on Big Brother via a script on the
BB server or on the Windows Agent itself.  I wanting to query the database
on a routine basis to ensure that the database is responding.  We have had a
few times now where out MSSQL database has locked up and not responded but
we haven't been able to catch that via BB as of yet.  I would rather do it
from the agent on the windows server if possible if not then from the BB
server is fine also.

Our BB server is running on RHEL 3 and the MSSQL server is running on a
windows 2003 server.
