Re: {bb} Problems with Sending Mail
Jeff, we had a similar problem (see "mail notifications stopped" from
7/22/05). I never got a resolution from the list, but the mail notifications
started up again a few days later and I never followed up.
Nothing had changed in our system configurations when they stopped or when
they started up again, and the "mail" mechanism itself was verified as
working normally. The bb4 system itself didn't give any logging messages
regarding mail even when recompiled with -DDEBUG, so there was no way to find
out what bb4 thought it was doing.
I'd be very interested in seeing your problem resolved. If this is a general
bb4 thing we may have to ditch bb4 altogether.
