RE : {bb} proctab alternating between yellow and green

Title: Message
Hi,

Could you check in the history from which IP the green and yellow results are generated ?
Do you have a single bb server or several ?
(sometimes the test flips because each server send a different status each 5 min).

you can also try to run the bb-procs.sh with debug options, to check if
the status is correct. (export BBHOME=~bb/bbc ; sh -x bin/bb-procs.sh).

Objet : {bb} proctab alternating between yellow and green

I am the queen of odd BB problems? Bb1.9e-btf with bbgen 3.6. We created a bb-proctab and rsync it from the main bb server to the clients with a cron job. (I take no responsibility for this idea). The proc check is alternating from green to yellow (for procs not running) every check, despite the procs running just fine and having been since early September.

Originally, localhost and the hostname were both listed in bb-proctab. I have since resolved this (locally and on the bb server for the next time it rsyncs), and the bb client no longer starts two of each ext check. However, the check is still flapping. I?m not sure what to do to resolve this. I?ve been searching the archives, but haven?t found many pertinent results. There is only one copy of bb-proctab on the clients. BBOUT shows nothing. I?m not sure what else to look for. Help?

~Kim
