The directives which create those are included in the sample
bb-hosts file, but there is no need to leave them in. If you
comment out the lines:

  page web BB4 Web Servers
  group-compress <H3><I>Web Servers</I></H3>

and

  page modem Modem page
  group <H3><I>Modem Banks</I></H3>

As an alternative, I like to make a copy of the original (for
future reference); delete everything after the comment block
at the top and then add the entries for my environment.
