{bb} BB apache Internal Server Error on rhe4

Hi I had


I had BB working on my test server which was running
rh 7.3  and bb1.9e-btf it worked great. I then upgraded my os to rhe4 
and bb1.9h-btf. the main page come up fine
but if you go into history you get an appache internal server error

in the log file this is what you get

I have done extensive search of the archive and this is a common error 
but no one can give me an answer. Why does it work on some
computers and not others it is very frustrating


any suggestions I would appreciate any input
