The relevant code is near the bottom of bin/bb-network.sh. 400; 403
404; 500; 501 and 503 are "red", everything else is green.

As to why your change didn't show up, I'd guess that either you
didn't wait for it to update (and it is now showing the correct
URL) or you didn't modify the bb-hosts on your BBNET server
(which is where the network tests are done).

Please post again if your still having difficulties with this.
