Many difficulties with Red Hat installations can be caused by the
"security focus" of the distribution. The "default" security
settings on Red Hat correspond to "ultra-paranoid" settings on
most others.
Probably the first thing to check here are the file permissions
on the bb-hist.sh CGI. Can the web user (the user owns the
apache processes) actually run the script?
