{bb} fail over problem

Can anyone tell me what port the failover uses?  We have the primary bb
installed on one side of a firewall, and the failover on the other side.
Everything is green on both boxes, except the failover is active.  We have
1984 going through, and I can't find any mention of any other ports in the
documentation, but I can't get the fail over box to recognize that the
primary is up.

Any help will be appreciated.
