The next thing to do is probably set the DEBUG flag in larrd-html.pl
and see what that sends to the LARRDOUT file. I'd also modify the
first "if ($DEBUG)" clause so that it just echos the environment
variables rather than re-setting their values (or you could just
check them and set the values you need).
