{bb} qub.gif... ??

Ive just installed the server by following the README.INSTALL   and 
brought it up. Its all fine apart from one thing.

The main page has a list of my servers but they dont display any gifs..( 
well it tries for all the gifs to display "qub.gif" )

ls -l /var/www/htdocs/bb/gifs/


i dont know why this is... its probably no coincedence that our domain 
is qub.ac.uk... I thought I followed the README to the letter... have i 
done something daft??
