RE : {bb} New BB4 Installation - security file problem

Hi, 

Perhaps you can add the netmask after the network address. 
10.136.100.0/255.255.255.0

If it still doesn't work, you could perhaps try with 
a file containing all ip addresses (easy to generate with a script).
