Re: RE : {bb} IP Changes do not reflect

You shouldn't have to restart the BB server, it will pick up the changes during the next polling cycle. You need to make sure that there are no errors in your bb-hosts file, that's usually where I find my problems. An errant space or lack of one will cause some problems. Also you may want to remove the host completely from the bb-hosts file then run bbrm against it and let BB cycle through a couple of polling cycles to verify that it disappears from the HTML pages. Then put it back in with the new IP address.

I don't know if the bb-hosts is parsed at each run.

Dear All,

I added a host in the bb-hosts. Then I changed the IP address for the same host.
But still the BB server is polling the old IP and shows 'conn' as red.
I had removed manually all the log and html files. I had executed bbrm also to remove it completely.

Can anybody help me out.

Thanks,
Arun Nale
