You need to specify the SIDs In the bb-roracle.ids file.  You need
one enter in bb-roracle.ids for each SID in oratab maked Y, even if you
don't want to monitor that instance.  For SIDs you don't want to
monitor, use this entry in the ids file:

#type   SID        
userid    password 
tests          
log-as-h
LOCAL demodb  
-          
-              
-
