{bb} Problems getting alerts

Hello fellow brothers...

I'm running BB on a Windows server and, in some cases, I'm having problems
getting alerts from BB.

I would like to know if BB on Windows has an equivalent to the BBOUT file,
as it exists on the Unix version.
