the syntax is => host : file : misc : yellow : red : ignore
So in your case BB is taking /opt/bb/burp as host with no file.
It should read like this
: /opt/bb/burp : : WARN : error ; Error ; ..... :

No, but you can do this :
localhost : /var/log/logfile : : WARN : ERROR : ^.*host13.*
This way every line containing host13 will be ignored.
