When I telnet from any machine, including locally to port 1984, I get
a message in the server's BBOUT file that says:
Mon Dec 12 10:08:35 2005 bbd Connection hung from x.x.x.x (dropped)
Where x.x.x.x is the ip address of the machine attempting to connect.
So I know BB is accepting connections, it's just not letting anything
happen
it would appear.
