If you take a look in the etc/bbsys.sh file, it will tell you
which command is being used. You can then use the normal Unix
manual pages (e.g. man mail) to find out how to configure the
client.

If your BB user has a valid home directory, it's likely that
the options in a file ".mailrc" in that directory will be
respected. Otherwise, you may need to set an environment
variable to specify another options file to be used.
