{bb} makebb: Where could I add Javascript for Notes links?

I wonder if anyone could help me.  I want to make the notes links open a new window of a certain size with no menus or scrollbars.  The only way I know how to do this is with javascript and was wondering if anyone could help me with where/how I could enter the onclick="window.open()" script.
