For the main BB web page, the requisite file is web/mkbb.sh
and the part that you would need to modify follows the
comment block that starts with:
# PUT A LINK IN FOR SYSTEM NOTES IF WE HAVE ANY
Specifically, the conditional block (lines 709 to 744 in
version "h") puts the host name in as either text or a link
(if a suitable file exists). If you want to retain this
behaviour, I think that you should just need to add your
"onclick" definition to those links.
If you also want this on the "bb2" page, you'll need to make
a similar change to the web/mkbb2.sh file.
