{bb} Enabling -DLARRD in BB 1.9h

Folks,

It would appear that DLARRD is still implemented for the 
versions of BB where the client and server have been 
split apart.  I enabled -DLARRD in the Makefile of of 
the server, ran make and make install, but no graphs 
are showing up in the host.service pair.  

On a related note, if -DLARRD is enabled, do I still 
get a trends/larrd column?
