{bb} history working on one machine only

Hi,

We have bbnt installed.

Each time I click the history button (on my machine or anyone elses) -
page cannot be found.

BUT - we have one user who it works for. I have checked and double
checked the settings within his browser but cannot find any differences.
We all have xp serv pack 2 and the same browser IE6 SP2.

Has anyone had this problem before or possibly know why this is the
case?
