Look in your $BBVAR directory.  It could be that 
the client is sending data as a host you don't have 
listed in your bb-host file on the BBDISPLAY exactly 
like the host is formatted, capitalization and all.

Hi list,
  I have installed 
  Big Brother Client 1.08d on Windows 2003, I have configured BBDISPLAY
server and BBPAGER server's IP but I am getting emails about the alerts
but BBDISPLAY is only showing "conn" and "trends", rest of them are
Purple.
   
  Could someone tell me how to troubleshoot this issue on NT?.
