This is most likely the result of the NT client quitting.

This first thing I'd do is restart the client software and
check to see if it is producing any debugging output locally.
ISTR that this needed to be configured in the client, but
I don't have any Windows boxes here to check.

Then, if and when it stops again, check once more for
debugging output and see if you can identify anything that might
be interfering with the client software at the time that it
stopped.

In the meantime, it might be helpful to know what other software
that this machine is running. There may be some applications
that are known to cause problems.
