I'm not sure what you mean.  You need to point your 
browser to the maint.pl script directly and create some 
custom links in the mkbb.sh scripts.

  I am running bb1.9h, I successfully configured the maint.pl script from  deadcat but the maintnance gif doesn't show on the page.  Does  anybody have any hints to fix this anomaly?  Please share your  thoughts.
