Phil,

Extremely helpful. The question, which you answered, was essentially, how 
is it possible to have two BBNET's, one which tests the inside and one 
which tests the outside, when the internal one is also a DISPLAY and 
therefore must have every entry in its hosts file (meaning, I thought, 
that you'd see duplicate tests, one which would fail and one which 
would succeed, depending on who was doing the testing). What I didn't 
think of is that, yes, the hosts list could be the same but that the tests 
listed could be different (and one host could have noconn).

Thanks a bunch... I'm going to give it a whack.
