RE: {bb} maint.pl gif not showing on bb page

I've been trying to get maint.pl to work but am getting.

 

Undefined subroutine CGI::rearrange
at /var/www/cgi-bin/maint.pl line 206

Any ideas?

I am running bb1.9h, I successfully configured the maint.pl script from deadcat but the maintnance gif doesn't show on the page.  Does anybody have any hints to fix this anomaly?  Please share your thoughts.
