{bb} Problem with sending email notification for specific trap

OK,

        

I have the
BB server setup, it's sending email notifications all the time. 
Yesterday, I started a new custom monitor on a client server.  the
web page is getting updated correctly (I've been able to show green,
purple and red).  However, for reds I do not get any emails.  I
do for purple.  All other tests are working fine when they hit
red.

        

Here are
some of the specifics:

        

The
monitor runs on three systems, ARTHUR, QWEN and OBERON.  It monitors
multiple queues on each server.
