Normally, the first thing to eliminate would be a mis-configuration
of the bbwarnsetup.cfg file. Specifically, the contents of the
"pagelevels" and "pagelevelsmail" tokens can cause expected messages
to be dropped. However, because this applies to the BBPAGER server
and other tests are paging as expected, I think that this can be
ruled out in this case.

The next most likely source is the particular script you are using.
With a client-side test, it is the responsibility of the script to
actually generate the paging message. In order to help further, you
will need to let the list know which script you are using.
