Hi,
I have 2 Big Brother Servers. One is in India having Big Brother Version 1.9e and other is in US having 1.8a. US Big brother Server is monitoring Servers and links in US and India Server is monitoring Servers and links in India. Both are getting synchronized using BBRELAY option.
Now the Actual problem is whatever information India Server collects from Big Brother Clients Such as DISC, Memory, and Process are not getting synchronized in US server( It is showing purple in US server) but vice versa is working fine. But information such as Ping, HTTP and SMTP information collects by India Server and US server are getting synchronized properly. What should I do? Shall I need to update Big brother version in US server? Or any other solution available for this?
Note: This problem arises after the up gradation of Big Brother Version in India Server.
Kindly provide me a solution to solve this.
